Fundación Manantial visits the Bicis para la Vida by ŠKODA project facilities

The so-called Third Sector, all those areas of non-profit social activity that promote non-governmental institutions and seek to improve human life in different areas and through different actions, allows for the development of work synergies and very productive exchanges of experiences.

Such is the case of the recent visit made by Fundación Manantial to the Bicis para la Vida by SKODA project with the aim of learning more about its activities and their development. A very fruitful visit, with many exchanges of ideas and which will allow us to establish some concrete collaborations in the near future.

Mario Sánchez, from the AMP, and Sergio, one of its members, explained their experiences in first person about how the work of repairing the bicycles is and what benefits it brings to the volunteers. Ángel López, responsible for logistics, addressed different issues in this area.

The Manantial Foundation is an institution that came into being in the mid-1990s as a result of the impetus of several family associations committed to improving the social and health care of people with mental health problems. Since then, the Foundation has done a great deal of work and has received with great interest the work done by Bicis para la Vida.
