Solidarity Dinner on the occasion of the II Solidarity Awards Ceremony

Dear friends,

We are pleased to announce that on Friday 23rd October at 8.30 pm we will be holding the Solidarity Dinner for the presentation of the 2nd Ananta Foundation Alberto Contador Foundation Solidarity Awards.

The winners are:

National category:

First Prize (9.000€): Andrea Foundation (Santiago de Compostela): “La Casita” programme of assistance to families with children in long-term hospital care.
Second Prize (€6,000): Asociación Plataforma Antequera Solidaria (Antequera, Málaga): shelter for mothers with children at risk of social exclusion.
Third Prize (€3,000): Asociación Lucha y Sonríe por la Vida, Alusvi (Seville): “Adelante” project to support cancer patients.

International category:

First Prize (€9,000): Fundación Acción Geoda (Madrid): construction of a community house for women and children in Megdaz, Morocco.
Second Prize (€6,000): Amigos Solidarios (San Sebastián): construction of a primary school for the development of vocational education in Bujagali, Uganda
Third Prize (€3,000): Asociación Amigos de Nyumbani (El Bolao, Madrid): Semilla Solar project in Nyumbali, Kenya.

The amount of the dinner (35 euros per person) will be FULLY donated to the solidarity prizes. That is, the Hotel Princesa Eboli will cover all the expenses of the room, food and beverages and staff (our thanks!). Reservations can be made by calling 91 263 64 00.
