The Madrid town of Meco hosted the first edition of the Gran Premio Villa de Meco of cycling academies, organised by the Rodríguez Magro Cycling Academy, scoring for the Multidisciplinary League of the Federación Madrileña de Ciclismo (Madrid Cycling Federation).
