Iván Loaisa closes the 2024 Spanish Junior Cup with a great triumph in Benagéber

Granada’s Iván Loaisa, recent winner of the Vuelta a la Provincia de Valladolid, confirmed his great form on Wednesday by winning the Gran Premio Ayuntamiento de Benagéber after a three-man sprint to finish the 2024 edition of the Spanish Cup in the junior category. The second-year junior put in a great performance in the demanding Valencian terrain, riding in one of the breakaways of the day and managing to anticipate a movement of the peloton from which he cemented his victory. The Cup ended with the Valencian ‘first year’ Óscar Orts in the top five of the final overall.
