Alberto Contador presents ‘Querer es poder’, the children’s story inspired by his sporting career
Alberto Contador will present next Tuesday, 29 September, the children’s story entitled ‘Querer es Poder’, included in a collection of the SM publishing house based on biographical details of some of the main Spanish athletes.
Contador will attend the presentation at the school in Pinto where he studied as a child and will sign copies of the book, which will be on sale in the country’s main bookshops.
Before Alberto Contador, Iker Casillas has also included his ‘children’s biography’ in this collection, which will soon include titles dedicated to Edurne Pasabán, Severiano Ballesteros and Gemma Mengual, among others.
The book has been written by Jordi Sierra i Fabra, an author who is among the 10 most widely read in schools in Spain and has published more than 250 titles, many of them best-sellers.
