Italian cyclist Davide Bais achieved his first professional success in the seventh stage of the Giro d’Italia, finishing on the Gran Sasso d’Italia. Bais’ victory, the second success of the professional structure of the Contador Foundation after Lorenzo Fortunato’s victory on Monte Zoncolan in the 2021 edition, also lifted the cyclist to the lead in the mountains of the race. A triumph that comes to reward the great presence of the team in the corsa rosa.
