Gonzalo García Abella, among the great protagonists of Huntsville

Gonzalo García Abella from Madrid, ambassador of the Idemticos project of the Contador Foundation, was one of the main protagonists of the last round of the Paracycling World Cup. Huntsville, in Alabama (United States), hosted the third stop of a competition in which the Spanish team closed its participation with a haul of eleven medals, six of them gold.

García Abella, one of the international references in the T1 category, won a gold medal in the road race, where he achieved a resounding victory in which he distanced the second-placed rider by more than three minutes, and a silver medal in the time trial, held a couple of days earlier.
