- With respect to the management of queries and requests that we may receive, as well as the management, administration and improvement of our activity, as well as the sending of newsletters, we will process your personal data if you have given us your express, free and unequivocal consent, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.1.a) RGPD.
- For the management of donations made by users, the legitimate basis will be the fulfillment of a contractual relationship (Article 6.1.b) RGPD).
- The legitimate interest of Hayf Sports, in relation to communication to other entities related to us for purely administrative and internal management purposes, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 6.1.f) RGPD and 19 LOPDGDD.

In the case of making the donation, the information will be kept for the time necessary to carry it out, and thereafter will be kept blocked by the Foundation for the time it is legally required to meet legal obligations and / or the defense of the interests of the Foundation.

We undertake to adopt the necessary security measures to prevent its modification, alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD.
