Unforgettable experiences for members of the Plaza Éboli Cycling Academy

Cycling is not always about riding a bike; as a historic sport with more than a century of intense life, it also offers experiences and experiences. The power and power of suggestion of great events. This idea, extrapolated to cycling, connects with the feeling that is intended to be reflected in these lines. The magic of a fleeting moment that will never return, but will always be with us.

Another author, Javier Cercas, titles one of his books Anatomy of an instant. He refers to a historical moment of a different nature. But the idea is wonderful. In the end, what is not history or part of it? Another thing is its transcendence. Or its concrete weight within a global perspective. But life is a process, it is the sum of many facts, not concrete facts. These, for various reasons, are highlighted. But they cannot be understood without the preceding ones, nor can the subsequent ones be explained without them. Like the frame of a film.

Cycling is not always about riding a bike, sometimes it is the experience of witnessing unique moments. A representation of our Plaza Éboli Cycling Academy and their families were enjoying the 13th stage of the Tour de France, this Saturday 13th July 2024. This moment corresponds to the passage of Tadej Pogacar at his height, in the middle of the ascent to the ski resort of Saint-Lary-Soulam. The Slovenian, in yellow, goes on the attack to consolidate his lead. An experience that is part of several days off with a lot of cycling and some of the great Pyrenean passes on the menu.

The Escuela Plaza Éboli is very much part of Team Polti Kometa, but for the moment the ProTeam structure sponsored by the Foundation does not compete in the French round. But that, for the moment!
