The Fundación Contador supports Fundación Movidep in ‘Muévete SAS’ event held in Chinchón

The facilities of the Hermanos Ortiz de Zárate School in Chinchón hosted this Saturday the activity ‘Muévete SAS’ of the Fundación Movidep, an educational initiative with children in kindergarten and primary education that revolves around the concepts of Safe Mobility, Active Mobility and Sustainable Mobility. The Fundación Contador and the municipality of Madrid collaborated with the organisation and development of the activities.

The aim of ‘Muévete SAS’ is to introduce and consolidate aspects of road safety, sustainable mobility and its advantages and, in a more practical section, a demonstration and a test of the participants’ driving skills not only on a bicycle, but also on scooters and skates, in a skill circuit. The feedback from the girls and boys was practically unanimous, as Lydia and David, parents of participants, put it. “They told me it was a lot of fun and very cool,” she said. “They’ve had a great time”, he added.

The morning also proposed a collection of bicycles for Bicis para la Vida by Škoda for all those attendees, and their families, who wanted to deliver a bike that they no longer use for the different plans and purposes with which the Contador Foundation collaborates.
