Cycle Tour in Pinto to benefit the charity project ‘Bicis para la Vida’.

On the 15th of November, the ‘Bicis para la Vida’ MTB Touring Tour will be held in Pinto, with the aim of raising funds for this charity project of collecting, repairing, tuning and then delivering used bicycles to needy groups.

The start of this mountain bike ride will take place at 10 am on 15 November at the Lake of the Juan Carlos I Park in Pinto, where the finish line will also be located. Two routes are planned, a longer one of 52.5 km, which will go along different paths to Torrejón de Velasco, and a more accessible one of only 25 km.

Registration for the March will cost 18 euros, which will be used entirely to finance the ‘Bicis para la Vida’ project. Fans can sign up on the website www.circuito7estrellas.com, as this event will be the seventh of the seven that make up the ‘Circuito 7 Estrellas’ of mountain biking in the Community of Madrid. Registrations will be open until the day of the event and can be made from today.

The ‘Bicis para la Vida’ March will offer all participants various gifts, a raffle of sports equipment and the necessary supplies along the route, thanks to the sponsorship of Leclerc Supermarkets and the City Council of Pinto, among others. The ‘Bicis para la Vida’ project is a project of the Alberto Contador Foundation, the Ananta Foundation, the Seur Foundation and the Pinto Association for the Disabled. Bicis para la Vida’ collects used bicycles to repair them, refurbish them and donate them to Spanish and foreign institutions to promote the use of bicycles as a means of transport and to offer sustainable transport alternatives in disadvantaged areas.
