Gsport signs the new equipment for the Fundación Contador’s Plaza Éboli Cycling Academy

With the new year, they say, new life. And in terms of cycling structures the assertion is embodied in new skins, new colours and new designs that, sometimes, are concretised and cemented in a deeper way in the changes of technical sponsors. From this year, the Plaza Éboli Cycling Academy will have a new official kit designed and produced by the Valencian firm Gsport.

With a revamped design, with a greater presence of blue, a decrease in white and the disappearance of black, the new equipment of the Plaza Éboil Cycling Academy presents the new logo of the school, developed in the middle of last year, maintains the great support of the Plaza Éboli Shopping Centre and incorporates the support of the Pinto centre of the hypermarket chain E.Leclerc, as well as the bike firm Aurum and the city council of the Madrid town.

All members of the academy will receive a Gsport kit with their annual membership fee, along with their corresponding federation licence. Another of the great novelties of this new year is that all those interested in obtaining this equipment will have access to it under advantageous conditions through the Plaza Éboli Cycling Academy. At the same time, work will be carried out on a wider range of garments.

The Alberto Contador Foundation’s Plaza Éboli Academy is located in the Plaza Éboli Shopping Centre in Pinto and is an institution for children aged between 6 and 14 years old. The activities take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17.30 to 19.30 hours. Since its birth, in mid-2013, dozens of enthusiastic young participants have passed through it. Alejandro Luna, today in the U23 category (Froiz), Irene Pardo (UC Fuenlabrada) or Eleazar Jiménez, who will face his second year in the junior category with Polti-Kometa in 2024, are some of the riders who have passed through its ranks.
