Idemticos ambassadors stand out in the Luis Puig velodrome in Valencia and in the time trial of the Madrid Adapted Cycling Championships

Intense competitive weeks in the field of adapted cycling, a cycle in which some of the ambassadors of the Idemticos project of the Contador Foundation have participated with beautiful sporting results.

Gonzalo García Abella, competing with the Spanish national team, won the gold medal in both the road race and the time trial in the Valencia European Paracycling Cup that took place this weekend in Valencia and Xátiva.

Las Rozas, in Madrid, hosted a regional championship in the time trial discipline in which Alejandro Montero and Carlos Javier Mozos won the titles in their respective categories (MC3 and MC1). Christian Silva won silver in MC5.

Previously, the Luis Puig velodrome in Valencia had hosted the Spanish Adaptive Track Cycling Championships, where both Mozos and Silva also achieved great results. The Getafe rider won four bronze medals in the Kilometre, Pursuit, Scratch and Omnium events in the MC1 category. The Galician resident in Torrejón de Ardoz won silver in the Team Sprint.

José Manuel Dosdad was unable to complete the competition calendar due to a crash that forced him to be taken to hospital. With a small fracture in one of his hands, Dosdad is now recovering at home.
